libdballef-dev software package provides DB-All.e Fortran development library for weather research, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdballef-dev
libdballef-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdballef-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdballef-dev *
You will get with libdballef-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
